taking this week off any thoughts
so im thinking of taking this week off from the diet and exercise. ive just been stressed out thinking about all the food i need to void and doing the workouts im just thinking about starting with renewed vigor on dec 1. and setting a goal of being at my goal weight by next dec 1 . my heart just doesnt feel into right now i was working out last week and was still cheating so im having an issue of motivation right now if anyone has any thoughts on this please let me know.

I think it depends on how you view “break” if you are just more relaxed about everything, then I say no problem, but if you’re going to go hog wild and spend 24/7 eating donuts and chips sitting on the couch in your jammies… I say no, don’t! I thinks it’s good to give your body a few extra calories and a break from working out on occasion… make sure it knows you are not starving!

not going hog wild actually today hasnt been bad just a feww twizzlers thursday will probably be the worst day mostly im eating the way i usually do out of habit in just am having a hard time with temptation and motivatiuon because its all around especially right now and just dont want to feel guilty as bad as it sounds but i do anyway
Honestly I have felt the same way but I realized I can’t go back. I’ve been down that road before, many times and I can’t go back. Not again. I totally get where you are coming from, I am so scared for thanksgiving, that I won’t be strong enough but we have to push through….
