buddies helppp???
so todays workout was going well i had done my total gym and was happily doing my eliptical when 8 mins into it it broke so after my husbands unsuccefull yet fully appreciated attempt at fixing it i did a cardio video. sounds great but it didnt feel like i was getting a good workout does any one have any suggestions on what to do to get a good cardio workout until mine is fixed or replaced.i need help i have a goal to reach!!!!!!

Tae Bo is pretty good, and I always break a really good sweat.
You could probably rent it from the library.
i suggest that you join your local ymca they have tons of fun things to do, i do water aerobics twice a week, zumba one day, and cycle the next and the good thing about all except zumba is that you get toning in with your exercise. but those videos get lonely and you start getting bored really quick….think about it and keep me informed on your progress wish you so much luck..

Lots of people say TaeBo is good. How about power walking or even jogging?
