what diet and exercise are meant to be
i just realized something exercise and diet are not meant to consume your whole days. you have to find a happy balance whats right for you and what you can stick with healthy eating and exercise are meant to help keep off cardiovascular problems and other such health problems so you can be around for your friends and family not to make your life miserable just something to chew on buddies have a great day!!!
great post michelle, you’re right, this whole process is about adopting a positive lifestyle and is something that can only bring hundreds of benefits so we should all remember that when we get off track. It has taken me a little while to get here but I am starting to feel pretty damn fantastic about this whole thing! x
Some great thoughts there. That’s what I’m trying to do now. Find balance. A fun social life now and then and a healthy lifestyle the majority of the time. I can have it, I just need balance. Thanks for the thoughts.
