overwhelmed

he guys im still on track and working out and everything but im feeling a little overwhelmed because i just keep thinkingĀ  im going to have to do this for the rest of my life and i dont know if i can and im just like why be miserable why not just eat and sit aroundĀ  im just having a hard day.buddies i need support!!!!!!!!!!

    It will get easier. Your taste buds will change, and this kind of food will feel more satisfying and taste better. The workouts will feel more rewarding. You can do it. The healthy lifestyle will become a way of life rather than a constant struggle. Keep it up!

    I feel that way a lot!! I hate thinking about having to do it forever, so i’m not “dieting”, just controlling myself around food. I would never be able to stick to it if it meant giving up things i love forever. And i also think “what’s the point” a lot, and that I should just eat whatever i want and be happy. But, I know that would not make me happier. Maybe it would bring short term happiness, but in the long run, being healthy and looking/feeling good would make me waaaaaaaay happier, and I want that a lot more than I want a whole pack of oreos (i used to eat that much…. ah). I have to remind myself every day why I want this, or i just feel like its not worth it. Believe in yourself, you can do it, good luck!!!!

    girl…it will become such a routine you wont even think about it..my problem is i got out of the routine and it is much harder to get back into…You can do it!
